About Me
“I have been dedicated to my craft for 14+ years working behind the chair in the salon”
When I began doing hair professionally in 2006 it was a dream I had been trying to achieve since childhood. I played with anyones hair I could get my hands in. I drew pictures of hair. I spent way too much money at the salon in high school with my first pay checks and no bills. In college I did hair in exchange for desserts with friends. After earning my degree I went to cosmetology school while working in high end Aveda and Bumble & Bumble salons. I did an apprenticeship and further intensive training for a year and a 1/2 after school before starting my own business. I began working on fashion shows and attending monthly classes offered by different hair brands which led me to become a Pureology Educator teaching stylists current trends and product knowledge. Hair has always been a passion of mine, I have 2 great Italian aunts in New Jersey that did hair into their 80’s, and I hope to be just like them. Aunt Rita and Aunt Mary sending love always.
“I have been the lead stylist backstage at runway shows such as Leonard Simpson’s productions, Portland Fashion Week, and The Art of Weddings and as part of the team for LA Fashion Week and San Diego Fashion Week.”
I feel happy to see old and new clients. Meeting someone for the first time for a cut or style while they are in San Diego has a fresh excitement of quickly identifying a style that will capture who they are at this moment to the best that we can see in our first brief meeting. Then over months and years I feel so fortunate to develop deeper relationships and build on what we already know, redefining and approaching with fresh eyes to address challenges and what can be improved or kept the same. Sometimes being grounded in the same style with slight variations can be a beautiful choice. Look at Anna Wintour, an authority on style.

I have been dedicated to my craft for 14+ years working behind the chair in the salon, as a lead stylist backstage at runway shows such as Leonard Simpson’s productions, Portland Fashion Week, and The Art of Weddings and as part of the team for LA Fashion Week and San Diego Fashion Week. These fast paced shows have taught me how to deliver a stunning look within the constraints of time. I’ve worked with top designers-including Sara Seven, Elizabeth Dye, Holly Stalder, and Project Runway contestants including Seth Aaron and Jeanne Marie. My work has appears in publications worldwide: Computer Arts (USA), Glamour (Germany), Book Moda (Italy), and Cap & Design (Sweden). I’ve done hair for the B-52’s, Pennie Lane, Steph Davis, and Ueli Steck to name a few.
